Vinyasa, Ashtanga & restorative yoga: asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophical discussions, holistic workshops.
What about taking advantage of your break to be pampered and enjoy a massage? Our therapists are at your disposal and offer you a wide choice: deep tissue, Balinese, Californian, Swedish; 60 or 90′ depending on your desire!

7:30: hot lemon water / herbal tea
8:00: guided Meditation
8:30: Mysore Practice
11:00: brunch
12:00: free time – hike – massages – special Pilates sessions
16:00: healthy snack
16:30: Yoga
19:00: dinner
20:30: personal development workshops or free time
