The program

Days filled with exercise & movement practice, relaxation, hiking, sound healing, reiki, manifestation workshop and wellness treatments.

What about taking advantage of your break to be pampered and enjoy a massage? Our therapists are at your disposal and offer you a wide choice: deep tissue, Balinese, Californian, Swedish; 60 or 90′ depending on your desire!

Typical day:

8:30: hot lemon water / herbal tea

9:00 – 10:30: Pilates

11:00 – 12:00: brunch

12:00 – 16:00: free time – hike – massages – special Pilates sessions

16:00: healthy snack

16:30 – 18:00: Pilates and yoga

19:00 – 20:30: dinner

20:30 – 21.30: personal development workshops

Who is it for?

This course is open to regular practitioners as well as to beginners wishing to familiarize themselves with the practice of Pilates.

In Deià. You will retreat in a beautiful old monastery dating from the 13th century. Nestled on a mountainside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and overlooking the Mediterranean, you will be captivated by the beauty and breathtaking views.
