The program

3h of daily yoga combining Vinyasa, Hatha Flow & Yin. Varied practices to explore strength, fluidity and connection.

But also:

Meditation, pranayama, sound healing, sauna, massage, nature walks, and free time to integrate, breathe and slow down.

Discovering the Flower of Life as a symbolic tool for inner reading and rebalancing

Typical day:
8:30 am: hot lemon water / herbal tea / snacks

9:00 am: morning yoga, meditation, pranayama, oracle, journaling

11h00: delicious healthy vegetarian brunch, to fill up on proteins and healthy fats

12h00 – 16h00: free time, sauna, siesta, nature walk, à la carte massages

4:00 pm: healthy gourmet snack

4:30 pm: Yoga (different styles of yoga will be practiced during the stay: hatha, vinyassa, yin, restorative)

7:00 pm: vegetarian dinner and sharing time

8:30 pm: circles, sound healing, personal development workshops, …

Who’s it for?

This yoga retreat is for those who want to take a wellness break in a sumptuous setting, but don’t want to go to the ends of the earth. Designed over 4 days, this retreat is ideal if you feel the need to reconnect with your body, breathe new life into your daily routine or simply slow down.

Open to all levels: whether you practice yoga regularly or are a curious beginner, the sessions are designed to adapt and accompany you at your own pace.

Where ?

In Normandy, in a unique and exceptional location inspired by traditional Japanese Ryokan. Nestled in the heart of nature, this uncluttered, warm and deeply soothing space is a veritable sanctuary of calm, designed for slowing down, breathing in and getting back to basics.

Accessible by car or train. 1H30 from Paris (Gare St Lazare – Evreux Normandie)

The retreat starts at 5pm on the first day and ends at 6pm on the last.

Because happiness is also in your plate, we believe in simple, natural, healthy and delicious food! We see food as the gateway to a more balanced and happy life. That’s why our menu consists only of freshly prepared food, lovingly prepared by hand-picked chefs who favor organic ingredients and short circuits.
