The program

Our program provides a careful balance of Pilates, functional fitness, Yoga and breathwork. We will venture off the mat for daily hiking or walking in our magnificent surroundings. There will also be generous time allocated to relaxation and recovery at the pool.

In case you need some extra selfcare, our therapists will be on-hand offering you a wide choice of massage treatments including deep tissue, Balinese, Californian, Swedish; 60 or 90 minutes depending on your needs.

8:30: hot lemon water / herbal tea

9:00 – 10:30: Pilates

11:00 – 12:00: brunch

12:00 – 16:00: free time – hike – massages – special Pilates sessions

16:00: healthy snack

16:30 – 18:00: Pilates and yoga

19:00 – 20:30: dinner

20:30 – 21.30: personal development workshops
